Angi Lea (Estes) Pauley, 56 passed away unexpectedly October 8, 2020 at her home. She was born July 23, 1964 in Fayette, Mo., the daughter of Larry and Serena Estes. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Woodrow and Frances Mead and John ‘Mance’ and Helen Estes. She is survived by her parents, Larry and Serena Estes, sister, Lori Estes Madison and spouse. She is also survived by spouse Tony Pauley, daughter Brooke, nephew Wesley Earl, and niece Lindsey Hudson, along with two great nephews.
She was a member of Mount Pleasant Church that as a child attended with her grandmother Frances (Dougherty) Mead. Angi graduated from Hickman High School, Class of 1982 and University of Missouri, Class of 1985. Following graduation, she worked at the University of Missouri for 20 years and 15 years at Columbia College as the Office Coordinator for Career Services.
She never met a stranger and loved the outdoors. She frequently hunted and fished with her father. Angi will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
Graveside services honoring Angi’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 7, 2020, at the Walnut Ridge Cemtery in Fayette, with Rev. Harold Young officiating.
