The City of Fayette is once again seeking donations to help pay for the annual Independence Day fireworks display. J&M Displays, from Dittmer, Missouri, will produce the show at a cost of $3,220.
The city relies on donations to pay for the annual display, which takes place at the Fayette City Park at dark on July 4. So far $1,820 in donations has been collected, with $1,400 still needed as of Tuesday morning.
Donations may be made a City Hall.
