The Falcons led just 4-0 after three innings in Pilot Grove, but the bats exploded for 16 runs over the next two innings for a 20-0 win.

Abby Nation walked, singled, doubled, and tripled for Fayette in the blowout. She drove in two runs and scored three.

Jordyn Ball allowed just one hit, no walks and struck out 12 in the five-inning game.

Addison Newell went 3-5 at the plate and drove in three runs. Her double in the second inning gave Fayette a 3-0 lead. Madi Lawson was 2-3 with a walk and two steals. She drove in a pair of runs with a two-out double in the fourth inning to extend the lead to 10 runs.
