The popular Fayette Power Pull, presented by the Fayette Optimist Club, is returning this year. After cancellation a year ago due to the pandemic, the popular event is coming back to the Howard County Fair Grounds on Saturday, June 18.
Lucas Oil Pro Pulling classes include 95 Limited Pro Stock Tractors, 85 Limited Pro Stock Tractors, Air Dog Limited Pro Diesel Trucks, Super Modified 2WD Trucks, Light Pro Stock Tractors, and Pro Street and Pro Stock 4x4.
Wally Eaton will be back by popular demand as the event’s announcer.
Gates open at 2 p.m. The Youth Pedal Pull begins at 4:30 p.m. with the main event kicking off at 6:30 p.m.
The price of admission is $15 for spectators 12 and older and $5 for kids aged seven through 11. Kids aged six and younger will be admitted at no charge. Lawn chairs are welcome and concessions will be available.
This year’s event marks the 49th annual Fayette Power Pull. All proceeds support youth programs in the Fayette area.
