Gladys Loriene Bradley, 97, of New Franklin, MO passed away surrounded by her family on March 4, 2025, at Katy Manor in Pilot Grove, MO.

Gladys was born in Saginaw, MI on October 20, 1927, a daughter of Albert Alfred and Vera Alice Howell Weston.  She married Harold Bradley at the New Franklin First Baptist Church on October 14, 1951.  He preceded her in death on November 19, 2008.

Gladys was a 1945 graduate of New Franklin High School and was a member of the New Franklin First Baptist Church.  She enjoyed craft work, painting with acrylics, crocheting, sewing, playing dominoes and especially spending time with her loving family.  Her favorite music to listen to was country and gospel which her family helped her enjoy in her last days.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Carrolyn Sharp (Gary) of Boonville, Cheryl Arens (Mark) of Fulton, Harold “Wayne” Bradley of Sedalia and Michael Bradley (Brenda) of Versailles; her grandchildren, Sarah Comegys, Rachel Arens, Eric Bradley (Molly), Jacob Bradley and Adam Bradley; great-grandchildren, Cooper Bradley, Adie Comegys, Emmett Comegys, Dean Bradley and her sister-in-law, Bea Weston and her family.

In addition to her husband and parents, Gladys was preceded in death by a brother,
Ernest Weston.

Funeral services honoring Gladys’ life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Markland-Yager Funeral Home in New Franklin with Rev. James Tsapelas officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in New Franklin.

Memorial contributions are suggested the New Franklin First Baptist Church.
