Harrisburg 61, Marceline 48
Harrisburg scored the first 10 points of the game and led wire-to-wire in a 61-48 win at Marceline on Thursday. Tanner Lanes led the Bulldogs with 24 points and seven rebounds.
Jace Carr had 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals. Wyatt Robinson had 10 points for Harrisburg, who improves to 7-6 for the season.
Marceline 54, Harrisburg 45
The Bulldog offense stalled in overtime during a 54-45 loss at Marceline on Thursday.
Harrisburg outscored the Tigers 17-12 in the second quarter to take a 27-20 lead into halftime.
Harrisburg still led 35-30 with one quarter left, but couldn’t hang on for the win. Carli Ellis led Harrisburg in scoring with 11 points and five rebounds. Baylie Combs finished with eight points and eight rebounds. Zoe Carr had six points and six rebounds while Olivia Fischer added five points. Harrisburg falls to 5-7 after the loss.
