The New Franklin boys posted eight finishes in the points but came in no higher than fourth place overall.
“Any time we go to a meet like that, I try to stress to my athletes to focus more on how they perform against other schools our size,” said New Franklin coach Adam Quest. “Based on that measure, we had a good meet. Despite some cooler weather, we had numerous PRs set and had several top-five finishes. Overall, I was very pleased with how well we performed.”
The Bulldogs scored four fourth-place finishes overall. Maddox Thornton led the way in the field. He placed fourth in the discus (38.97m) and the javelin (36.97m).
