Harrisburg 45, Sturgeon 19
Baylie Combs had a double-double as Harrisburg beat Sturgeon 45-19 on Friday. Combs finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds and three assists. The Bulldogs led just 7-3 after one quarter of play, but built a 20-7 lead by halftime.
Kailey Franklin scored six points, while Hailey Emanuel, Zoe Carr, and Izzy McMahan each added four.
Harrisburg beat Brookfield 33-25 on Monday to improve to 5-6 for the season.
Sturgeon 61, Harrisburg 54
Tanner Lanes had 26 points and eight rebounds as Harrisburg opened the new year with a 61-54 loss to Sturgeon on Friday. The Bulldogs pulled within five points with 3:30 left in the game after trailing 44-30 heading into the final quarter.
Harrisburg lost to Brookfield 63-54 on Monday to fall to 6-6 for the season.
