The Howard County Republican Party will host a meet and greet Thursday evening where constituents may visit with state Representative Tim Taylor and Senator Kurtis Gregory. The event begins at 6 p.m. at Muddy Mo Pizzaria in Glasgow. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Those attending are encouraged to prepare questions for their legislative members.
Mr. Taylor, a retired firefighter, is in his second term representing Missouri’s 48th District, which includes Howard County. He took office on January 6, 2021, and was re-elected in a landslide win with 77.4 percent of the vote in November.
Mr. Gregory was elected to his first term as Mo. District 21 Senator in November, keeping the seat vacated by term-limited Denny Hoskins in the hands of the GOP. Prior to his ascension to the senate, he served two terms as Mo. District 51 Representative.
