To the editor:
The Howard County Fire Protection District would like to show its support of the 911 Board’s 1⁄4 cent sales tax increase. We answered 1,634 calls dispatched in 2023, and the 911 Dispatch Center is our first line of defense in answering those calls. Your support would be appreciated.
The Board of Directors,
Scotty Shiflett, Lee Young, Ethan Shipp
