Jack Ross Harbison of St. Louis passed away peacefully at his home on November 30, 2020. He was 94 years old. Jack was born on August 17, 1926, in Ada, Oklahoma to Norman H. and Eva C. (Hutchason) Harbison.

Jack was a very religious man. He joined the Methodist church at a very young age and remained a devout and integral member of the United Methodist Church throughout his life.

Shortly after graduating from Normandy High School, he entered military service in November of 1944.  After completion of basic training, he was stationed in Marburg, Germany. Upon completion of his military service, he returned home and married the love of his life, Dawn Roth, on July 31, 1948.

Jack began his professional career with Lithocraft Studios in August of 1948. During the next 42 years, Jack served Lithocraft Studios as a foreman, plant manager, sales manager, and its President.

Jack was a lifelong Cardinal baseball fan. He never missed an opportunity to watch the Cardinals play, attending his last baseball game at the age of 93.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Dawn, on December 22, 2018, and sister, Suanne (Harbison) McNeely on December 20, 2018. He is survived by four sons, Mark (Rebecca) of Fayette, Missouri, David (Susan) of Nixa, Missouri, Andrew (Cheryl) of Portland, Oregon, and Stephen (Susan Boland) of St. Louis, Missouri, along with four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Both Jack and Dawn will be interred at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family suggests memorial gifts to any of the following: The Gathering UMC for the Mozambique Safe Water Initiative, P.O.
