As of Thursday, October 7, Fayette Police Officer Greg Lanham had been in uniform for a quarter-century. Now the Assistant Chief of Police, Captain Lanham began his law enforcement career on October 7, 1996, with the Fayette Police Department.
“It is my proud honor and pleasure to take this time to congratulate and thank Capt. Greg Lanham for his 25 years of excellent service to the City of Fayette and the Fayette Police Department,” said Fayette City Marshal David Ford.
“Captain Lanham is an irreplaceable asset and member of our Police Department and community,” Ford said.
