The Fayette Lions Club Easter egg hunt will be held at 11 a.m. this Saturday at the Fayette City Park. Children ages birth through fifth grade are welcome to participate.
Participants will meet at the shelter house on the hill, and will be divided into five separate age categories.
The categories are: infants up to age two, three- to five-year-olds, kindergartners and first graders, second and third graders, and fourth and fifth graders.
Each participant should bring his or her own bag or basket. Baskets will not be provided at the event. Prizes will include candy, coins and other prizes.
The Easter Bunny is expected to make an appearance this year as well.
The event will move to Clark Middle School in the event of rain.
Anyone interested in making donations or helping with the event should call Carolyn Hazlett at (660) 888-3166.
