Louise A. Morgan, 77, of New Franklin, passed away December 23, 2021, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
Louise was born in McCook, Nebraska on July 28, 1944, a daughter of Earl and Eva Wright Johnson. She married Robert Morgan in 1981 and he survives at their home.
Louise attended school at Trenton, Nebraska and graduated from high school in McCook, Nebraska. She was formerly employed as a cook at various restaurants. She enjoyed angel figurines, going on drives, and out to eat with her husband, Robert, who had lovingly cared for her for many years.
In addition to her husband, Robert, Louise is survived by a daughter, Andrea Vanover; two sisters, Janice Cramer and Kathy Rousselle; three grandchildren, Johnathan, Janice and Chandra Griffith; and by nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Griffith; and by two brothers, Virgil and Aaron Johnson.
Memorial services honoring Louise’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2022, at Markland-Yager Funeral Home in New Franklin. A visitation will be held from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Ashley Manor Resident Activity Fund.
