According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Riley T. O’Neal was heading north on Highway 87 about a quarter-mile south of County Road 339 around 5 p.m. on a 2015 Honda CBR. He failed to negotiate a curve and lost control before traveling off the left side of the roadway.
