Local vintage car enthusiasts will host car cruise-ins from 5 until 8 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the months of April through October in Fayette. The first event will be held next Wednesday, April 23, in front of Mac’s on South Main Street, just off the square.
“The hope is for local people to get their vintage cars and trucks out of the shed, dust them off, drive them to town, and show them off,” said organizer Wade Monckton.
“They do not have to be top show vehicles to cruise-in. Hang out in Fayette and add a little support to the local merchants.”
The cruise-ins will be free for spectators and participants. Questions? See the Fayette Mo Vintage Car Cruise-In Facebook page.
