Playing at Heritage Hills Golf Course in Moberly Thursday, Fayette junior Theo Owings placed seventh out of a field of 55 at the Lewis & Clark Athletic Conference Golf tournament. Playing in his first year at Fayette High School, Owings shot an 86.
“I believe this is a nice accomplishment,” said Fayette head coach Garth Menees.
With his finish, Owings also secured a spot on the All-Conference team.
