The town of Salisbury is reeling after high school student and basketball player London White passed away unexpectedly in his sleep Sunday night.
London is the son of Lindsey and Marco Falls and Mitchell White.
The junior is a member of the Panthers No. 5-ranked basketball team that is scheduled to play in the Class 2 State Tournament semifinals on Thursday in Springfield. Salisbury (27-3) will play Hartville (25-5) at 4 p.m. on March 10. The winner will advance to the state championship at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
The Salisbury school district has called in grief counselors for students and staff.
