Tyler Bartholomew and Bella Asbury were crowned King and Queen of the 2021 Fayette High School Homecoming on Friday night. The coronation took place at halftime of Fayette’s 42-26 victory over Harrisburg.
Bartholomew is the son of Scott and Deana Bartholomew. Asbury is the daughter of Brian and Brandy Asbury.
This year’s Homecoming theme was “Hometown Throwdown.” Other senior King candidates were Chris Brown and Garren Vroman. Queen candidates were Jordyn Ball and Chloe Huster.
Junior class attendants were Madi Lawson and Chase Allen-Jackman, sophomore attendants were Addie Huster and Bryce Callahan, and freshman attendants were Whitley Sunderland and Micah Estes.
Homecoming week was full of activities including dress-up days, class competitions, a pep rally, and the annual homecoming parade Friday afternoon. The Grand Marshal of the parade was high school principal Patrick Tray.
