The Belluno, Italy native scored four goals on 12 shots in two Eagle wins last week. Salvadego scored one goal in CMU's 5-0 shut out of Culver-Stockton Wednesday, firing off eight shots including four on goal in only 39 minutes of action.
Against Mount Mercy Saturday, he recorded his first career hat trick in a Central uniform, collecting three goals on four shots including a penalty kick.
It marks the first career conference player of the week honor for Salvadego.
