The annual Central Methodist University Athletic Auction raked in more than $100,000, accaording to early estimates.
The annual auction raises money that benefits the university’s numerous athletic teams.
Items up for auction included tickets for St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals games, trips, rare whiskies, golf outings, gift certificates, and Central Methodist gear. Attendees also bid for the opportunity to be a CMU coach for a day for many of the teams.
