Harrisburg boy asks for pet gifts for birthday, donates to PAWS

A Harrisburg boy opted to collect gifts for animals instead of receiving gifts for himself. Sammy Tillinger recently celebrated his sixth birthday. In lieu of receiving birthday gifts, he asked friends and family to give gifts to dogs and cats. The response was generous. They gave 50 pounds of dog and cat food, 35 pounds of dog and cat treats, and a selection of dog toys. Sammy then donated those gifts to PAWS (Pet Adoption and Welfare Service).
