Howard Electric Cooperative donates to local food banks

Howard Electric Cooperative in Fayette recently made donations to foob banks in Fayette, Glasgow and New Franklin. The funding is part of the cooperative’s 2022 Sharing Success Program.

Howard Electric employees Emily Bange and Jenny Vroman, along with board member George Frink, presented a $1,500 check to the Fayette Food Bank coordinator Emily Doolin to help fund the Food Bank and the Buddy Pack Program.

Employee Tracy Neville presented a $1,000 check to Tammy Meyer with the Glasgow Food Bank Program.

Bange also presented a $1,000 check to MaryBeth Sokolski with the New Franklin Food Bank Program.
