The L.T.S. Club in Fayette will host a blood drive from 2 until 6 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday), Jan. 25, at the First Baptist Church in Fayette. Donation appointments may be scheduled in advance at RedCrossBlood.org.
The American Red Cross is experiencing an emergency blood shortage as the nation faces the lowest number of people giving blood in 20 years. Every blood donation is needed now to help alleviate the shortage and ensure lifesaving medical procedures are not delayed.
Those who donate blood in January 2024 will automatically be entered for a chance to win a trip for two to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. The winning package includes travel, hotel, a $1,000 gift card, and pre-game activities. Visit RedCrossBlood.org/SuperBowl to learn more.
