My name is Cheri Cherry, and I am the community organizer for Howard and Cooper Counties on behalf of Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA). I am writing to bring attention to a community conversation we are hosting to prioritize the needs of Howard County. Some of the areas of need we have heard about from residents are affordable housing, childcare, health, nutrition, and transportation resources.
We invite community members to a luncheon to share input on the top priority areas from 12-2 on Thursday, July 6 in the Keller Building. Interested residents are encouraged to RSVP to cheric@cmca.us or dial 660-882-5601 ext 1004.
