Sam L. Branstetter, 81, of Ionia, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center, in Sedalia, Missouri.
He was born April 15, 1945, in Fayette, the son of C.K. and Ethel Branstetter.
He is survived by one sister, Peggy Ford of Sedalia. He was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 22, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul UMC in Fayette. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
