How are you spending time with school closed? I have been spending my time doing the homework I was assigned online, spending time with my animals and watching movies.

Sports/Activities: I played football and baseball in school. I have played competitive baseball for 10 years on teams from Columbia, Sedalia, Boonville and a team of many Midwest towns. I am a member of the Falcon Pride Band, Spanish club, cadet teaching and FCS.

Favorite moment from athletics: I love all the hits in football. Most memorable was hitting the kid from Harrisburg. The sound and the feel of it was what football should be like. 2) Being on the team that finally beat Marceline in Football. 3) All the throw downs in baseball that ended in a called out at second. 4) Being selected to the Lyons All Star football team as an OL member, being selected to the KRES All Star Team and attending the banquet.

Favorite classes: I have enjoyed taking all PE and weight lifting classes and AG classes. Spanish was my favorite with Mrs. Weathers.

Favorite food: A good rare steak.

Hobbies: I love to hunt, rifle and bow, all animals as well as fishing.  Horseback riding or just being outside. Hanging out with the friends and working on my vehicles. Playing BASEBALL!!!!

A person who has influenced you: Micah Brimer has had the greatest influence on me. He knows how to push me to make me the best athlete, person and citizen I can be. He has helped me think outside the box and get over many hurdles.

Outside of school I would say Richard Lyons. He is easy for me to talk to and he doesn’t judge. He just listens and makes suggestions that I can understand and put into place. He always has a positive kind word for me when I need it but isn’t afraid to call me out when I need it.

Future plans: I will be attending a Junior College in the Fall majoring in business management and continuing to play baseball on the college team. I hope to find a job after college working outside and making a lot of money.
