Armstrong residents will now see changes to trash service due to the efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Advanced Disposal, the city’s trash collection service, insists that all trash, including bagged trash, must be in a trash can with a handle.
The company also said there will be no bulk pickup in May.
