Fayette native, author, and professional speaker Quincy Moore was named the No. 1 Storyteller in the Nation by the National Speakers Association (NSA).
Moore spoke to Fayette High School students in December, delivering a passionate program on growing fatherless and the power of forgiveness, based on his book, “F My Dad.” He is continuing his “You’re the Asset” tour.
Recently, Moore entered the NSA’s “Last Story Standing Competition,” emerging as the champion in a field of 300 professional speakers.
“It’s surreal and hasn’t really sunk in yet,” Moore said after being named No. 1 Storyteller in the Nation. “I’m humbled and grateful. This is only the beginning.”
A 1992 FHS alumnus, Moore currently serves as Vice President of Membership with the NSA’s St. Louis Chapter Board of Directors.
