The City of New Franklin will upgrade its utility billing software at the end of February. Those who wish to continue receiving email or text notifications regarding utility accounts must provide current phone numbers and email addresses to receive invitations for the new system.
The request was posted to the city’s Facebook page on Feb. 17. Contact the assistant clerk at assistantclerk@cityofnewfranklinmo.gov or call City Hall at 660-848-2288 to submit the information.
Those relying on notifications are encouraged to respond before the end-of-month transition.
