These are several excerpts from a brochure from the “Make Missouri Pro-Life Again” Amendment (#3) to be voted on this November 3rd, sponsored by “Missouri Right to Life.”

A “Yes” vote will remove abortion on demand all nine months of pregnancy from our Missouri Constitution and allow our legislators to pass legislation to protect women, children and pre-born babies again.  It will also include tightly written exceptions for medical emergencies, fatal fetal anomalies and rape and incest.  Additionally, it will provide protection to ensure accurate medical information is given to women along with standard safety guidelines and ensure no gender transition surgeries are performed on minors.  A “No” vote keeps abortion on demand all 9 months of pregnancy in our Missouri Constitution and ties the hands of our duly elected officials to pass pro-life legislation.

With your help, we can protect innocent human life again in Missouri.  Vote Yes # 3
