To our friends in the Fayette community,
The ladies of the Golden Study Club regretfully announce that after 70 years, we will no longer be sponsoring the Halloween parade. We have fewer members in our club and fewer dollars to spend and can no longer host a Halloween contest and parade that we are proud of. It has been our honor and our pleasure to hold this annual event for so many years, but eventually all good things must end.
It is our hope that another community-minded group will take up the mantle that we are passing down. We will still be participating in Trunk or Treat, so we will get to enjoy all the little ghosts and goblins!
