The annual trivia night fundraiser for the Fayette Music Boosters brought in $2,234 Saturday night, besting last year’s haul of $2,074.
The winning team was Lucky #7, which won after a tie with 2 B Named Later.
The popular event drew around 100 people to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Hall, where teams battled it out through eight rounds of trivia questions devised by former FHS principal Patrick Tray. Individuals competed in separate games between rounds.
All proceeds go toward the district’s band and choir programs, including the band’s quadrennial trip to Washington, D.C.
